Mark

Identified a new category for Avon, and created a business model and name for a sassy
and fun global cosmetics line targeted to teens and the young woman ready to “make her
mark” on the world. Designed the brand identity and award-winning, innovative packaging
such as the “nook up” and lipstick mini, now widely used in the beauty industry. Created
over 1,000 products from ideation through execution across all beauty categories: skin
care, hair care, fragrance, bath, body and sun.
